Fruity Pancakes with Cream!

 

Kick off your day the right way with pancakes topped with our juicy berries and rich cream. A quick yet indulgent treat, perfect for any morning!

 

Ingredients

 

  • 150g Plain flour
  • 50g Sugar

  • 1 Large egg

  • 200ml Milk

  • Butter (for cooking)

  • Fresh strawberries, raspberries & blueberries

  • Whipping cream

  • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup

    Method:

     

    STEP 1 – In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, egg, and milk until smooth.

    STEP 2 – Heat a little butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour small rounds of batter into the pan and cook for about 1–2 minutes. Flip and cook for another minute.

    STEP 3 – Flip the pancakes onto a plate, top with fresh strawberries, raspberries & blueberries. Then add a generous dollop of whipped cream and fold. For an additional flourish with a drizzle of honey or syrup. Serve immediately and enjoy!
